Another cat and Christmas tree dilemma.?
I have 3 cats and at first all they did was lay beneath the tree, now they like to steal and break the ornaments. There aren’t any ornaments at the bottom so I have no model how they are getting them. We have a water bottle but…

Another Cat Question?
Ok, here I am again asking about my cat cuz I love her so much. So She’s pretty old at 18 but is doing really good, there’s simply one thing that’s kind of odd that she does. She will walk out of her way to get water…

Another cross-question around my precious kitten and her eye?
Ohkay she had something that looked like cherry eye here: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b135/s… But a few people said it wasnt. Well my grandparents (Who I live next to. they are both very old and one of them trained to be a vet for a lone time) said that she…

Another interrogate going on for my cat…?
Okay so I will be petting her and she will like lick my hand (which I know is normal), but then for no judgment whatsoever, she will bite my hand. I don’t know why, she just does it. Is there anything wrong? Or is she simply trying…

Another interview something like a stray (?) cat?
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?… That was my first question. Further, theres a humane society about 10 minutes from my house, whether I were to bring this kitty there would they be able to contribute it it’s needed shots and spade/neuter it? How much should I expect to have to pay…

Another kitty flea interview =]?
seeing the white stuff in the kittens poop means they ate a flea or sumthing and they have cassette worm right? so i get the tape worm fixed and do the anti flea thing on them nowadays..but do i really have to bomb the house?..i didnt visably…

Another middle of the darkness problem, kitten trying to gain milk from my spayed 1yr out-of-date?
I have a new kitten, she is 3 months old nowadays, we got her last week. The problem is is she is trying to get milk from my elder cat. My older cat is definitely not her Mom!! It was pissing my elder cat off big time…

Another quiz give or take a few cat food?
Alright, so I’ve asked plenty of questions about dry food- now on to showery food!I’ve noticed that Wellness also makes pouches in extension to their canned foods. Are these ‘pouched’ foods better, worse, or comparable to the canned? From what I’ve seen from their guaranteed analysis, they…

Ant Baits III next to kittens?
Ok so I have some ant baits III with the little station and the opening. I want to put them in the laundry room because since I got the kittens, I also got the ants. I verbs it about EVERY day because it stinks. I’m just worried…

A responsible cat owner in Wesley Chapel, Hillsborough County, Pasco County and Tampa 33613 provides the best possible pet care by acquiring wide ranging knowledge on the health care needs and training needs of cats.

Cats are considered among the cleanest animals. They are often seen cleaning their bodies through licking. Cats also prefer their living spaces to be clean. A cat owner is, therefore, responsible for teaching his or her cat on the use of the litter box. The litter box should be placed far away from the cats feeding area and from areas of heavy human traffic. The kitten should be brought to the litter box four to five times every day. The cat owner should praise the kitten or cat whenever it uses the litter box properly. The litter box should then be emptied twice a day or even more frequently. It should be thoroughly washed with soap and water at least once a week to keep it sanitized.

The cat owner is responsible for ensuring that the cat gets all the required vaccines and other preventive shots. A veterinarian should be consulted on the particular vaccines and shots that should be given and when they should be given. The cat owner should comply with these faithfully. Non-compliance could result in the cat being afflicted with distemper, rabies, feline leukemia or feline immunodeficiency virus which could lead to death.

Fleas, ticks and other parasites could also infect a cats bloodstream and cause serious illness. A responsible cat owner should consult a veterinarian on how to protect a cat against infestation and how to eliminate such pests from the home environment. Expert advice is crucial in this case because there are repellents for fleas, ticks and other parasites that are actually dangerous and toxic to cats, especially kittens and older cats or those with weak immune systems.

A responsible cat owner should also see to the cats spaying or neutering, whichever is appropriate, if the owner is not an accredited professional breeder. The cat is ideally spayed or neutered from the age of six weeks to eight weeks. The cat owner should consult the veterinarian on the procedure and the necessary care afterwards when the cat is back home. This will prevent cat overpopulation and prevent the existence of cats that cannot be cared for properly. A positive side effect of spaying and neutering is the prevention of certain cancers in cats.

A responsible cat owner should find a reputable veterinarian in a full service veterinary clinic or animal hospital or in Wesley Chapel, Hillsborough County, Pasco County and Tampa 33613 and maintain a strong professional relationship with them. The choice of veterinary clinic should be capable of emergency health services, routine check ups, medical consultations, laboratory analysis and medical diagnostics. The veterinary clinic chosen should also have the capability for surgical procedures and laser surgery. It is very important to be prepared for any health related eventuality and not wait for the situation to crop up before seeking the right health service provider. The owner should be prepared for the fact that the bigger and better equipped animal hospitals offer services for various animals including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rodents, fish and rabbits.

It is best for the responsible cat owner to get a veterinary clinic that provides pet boarding. Pet boarding in the same animal clinic in which the cat has been used to will mean the cat will be more relaxed when left there by the owner when necessary. The cat will also surely be kept safe even in case of any arising health emergency.

These are the basics that a responsible cat owner should know in order to provide optimum pet care in Wesley Chapel, Hillsborough County, Pasco County and Tampa 33613.

Going on vacation without your pet? When looking for cat sitter services on the computer, it’s rare that a pet owner knows how to track down the right person for the job. What to do - scour chat rooms about pets, online job boards, or use an online referral agency? Can anyone be sure of which person to trust and whether the person they choose is the right person for the job? Probably one of the best and safest ways to carrying out this difficult job is to entrust the task to an online sitter-matching company that can ensure the satisfaction of both pet and owner.

Find Now Cat Sitter Services - Click Here!

Ahead of time - before you actually need cat sitter services, take a little time to define everything your sitter will have to do and what your expectations are. To mention a few, does this pet sitter come with excellent referrals? Is he or she capable of walking/exercising your pet? Will your pet be agreeable to a stranger’s care? Is your pet’s safety the sitter’s main concern? or its comfort? Come up with a brief but detailed job description that describes all of the requirements that are important to you.

Once you have defined the sitter duties, the second step is to determine the best and most efficient tools to acquire a desirable and appropriate sitter. Perhaps the most likely method is to associate with a digital “match-making” service for customers and providers. This kind of firm takes pride in supplying state-of-the-art utilities to look at a vast collection of sitters in your area who just might answer your list of requirements.

Locating cat sitter services that is conveniently located and fits your needs, you should perform a web search - type a minimum of two keywords: your location - the city you live in, and the type of caregiver profile you are looking for. As you compare the findings that have made their appearance on your monitor, you take note of those that are likely to be the best choices available in your locale. Look at the best and worst points of all the sitters and choose the candidate who is available when you need to leave your pet.

Reliable pet sitter companies will usually provide the following tools: free caregivers search by using your zip code, and a look at the sitters’ profiles, where you can access information about them, also at no cost to you. If they offer a free trial program, which are usually available for limited time only, sign up as soon as you can you just may find a sitter who’s a perfect match for you and your pet.

Wow! There are so many different Flea and Tick Control types of application what one should I use for my pet? This has nothing to do with who may have manufactured the product but the delivery system of the treatment to get rid of the problem. Whether you are dealing with fleas or ticks, developing a program of Flea and Tick Control Prevention or treating a particular situation we have the information here to help you may an informed decision.

Over the years the process of treating or ridding your pet of any pests they may have, has risen to a science of destruction. We now know more than ever what it takes to not only disrupt a flea or tick life cycle but what products are best for every scenario we might confront.

Companies have developed a vast assortment of products to help us in our quest. This article will discuss topical treatments, sprays and mists, flea collars, shampoos, dipping products, flea combs and oral tablets. There are also repellents, desiccants, powders and foggers but are generally very specialized treatments, not recommend or very effective and will not be part of this discussion.

Where do you start and which Treatment Application is right for my situation? The best approach I think is to understand what each type of application is meant to do and when to use it. From there, selecting the right approach should be a lot easier than you might expect. Well go down the list one-by-one and see what they have to offer.

Topical Treatments

Topical treatments are applied to pets outer skin. The medication is applied directly behind the head between the shoulders. This stops the pet from licking off the medication once it is applied. Its a quick application method from a single dose plastic applicator. They work well and are effective in a good Flea and Tick Control program.

These applications are designed to kill adult fleas within 24 hours. They also kills flea eggs and larvae to keep ALL stages of fleas from developing. Topical liquids also kill all stages of 4 major ticks, including the one which may carry Lyme disease. They stay waterproof and some can be used on puppies 8 weeks and older.

However, if you have more than one pet this might not be the best method. One pet might lick off the medication from another. I have this situation but my Min Pins actually sleep in a pet carrier at night so I put it on at bedtime and once theyre locked up I dont have that issue. For those that cant keep their pets separated, then a course of oral medication may be in order.

If you have young children in the house this type of treatment may not be a good choice either. When kids are at that stage of their lives when everything goes in the mouth, if they happen to touch the pet and get some of the meds on their hands they may wind up ingesting some of the meds. Again an oral medication may be appropriate to remedy this type of situation.

Flea & Tick Sprays and Mists

These are products administered from a spray bottle. Flea and Tick Spray can be used on dogs, cat, puppies and kittens to control fleas, ticks and flea larvae. They generally contain Insect Growth Regulator (IGRs) and provide quick relief killing adult fleas and ticks on contact. It also continuously kills flea eggs laid on the animal, breaking the flea life cycle. Residual activity of the product prevents re-infestation. Fleas are killed within the first day. Sprays continue to work for up to one month. Use a spray when combating large areas of infestation.

Children in the house might cause you to think twice. The spray, although quite effective can get all over when they are used. Containing the spray to a very specific area is a noble gesture but impractical at best. If kids arent in the house then this is a great way to protect your pets and areas they inhabit.

Flea & Tick Collars

Flea and Tick Collars are available for dogs or cats. Collars come in several sizes specifically addressing the size of a pets necks. They are plastic and over time release insecticide to kill the fleas or ticks. They were developed in the early 1960s and were an effective and practical treatment at the time. The downside is that their effectiveness tends to be more localized around the head area.

Although many dogs and cats tend to get collar dermatitis at the neck, they add an extra layer of protection keeping them away from their head especially if it is an outdoor pet.

Shampoos and Dips

Flea and tick dips are used when you need an immediate knockdown of fleas and ticks. They tend to be used on outdoor dogs that are infested. To effectively treat the pet you need to dip them in a solution up to their necks or sponge it all over their bodies. Not for use on cats. Dips have a residual smell and you probably dont want that in the house.

Shampoos are another quick remedy for relieving your pet of ticks and fleas. They dont have any residual prevention against these pests though. They do clean your animals quite well and effectively help with skin conditions. Read the product label for more details.

Flea Combs

A flea comb is a good pesticide-free method of removing fleas from your dog or cat. A flea comb works by catching the fleas in the very narrow gaps between the teeth or forcing them to jump off. Use a flea comb outside, and keep a container of soapy water nearby for drowning the fleas, or comb your pet in a bathtub where you can rinse the fleas down the drain. Start by running the comb gently through your pet’s coat. After each run through, dunk the comb in the water and leave any fur caught in the comb in the water. The soapy water will kill the fleas. Continue this procedure until the entire pet has been combed, making sure to comb their underside. A flea comb can be used every day when fleas are bad, and can help prevent fleas entering the house if used before the pet comes inside.

Oral Medications

These are chewable tablets for your pet. They have a short span of effectiveness usually 24 hours. People give them to their pets if going to a park or an area they may have a concern about having them get infested while walking them. They can be given daily to your pets.

Look at what your individual needs are in terms of a treatment plan for your pets. Once you know that and how bad the problem is hopefully this list gives you an idea of what treatment application will be most effective for your pet and their surrounding areas.

Cats hold abuilt in behavioral instinct that may cause them to climb and scratch. In the event you are not supplying the correct equipment for your cat to utilize, they will use whatever they are able to discover to scratch. In most cases it will be home furniture, drapes, countertops or anything that they are able to scratch.

A really elementary version consist of simply a wood board covered in carpeting which can be attacked at will by the kitty, which helps sharpen its claws and furthermore , letting off steam. The coarse material which is applied to your cat scratch post is normally able for withstanding even the large amount of abuse, by even your most unrelenting cats.
Teaching a cat to scrape on a post or tree does not appear to be straightforward. You’ll have to present the moggy what the pole may be intended for and what options that they will perform on it. You yourself will have to scratch at the pole to present them that the following is acceptable to perform at that place. Providing great playtime using a kitten using the pole may present the cat that they can utilize it. By means of thanking the cat using some sort of therapeutic massage and/or healthy treat when they do plays with the scratching post. It will allow the cat know that the behaviour is appreciated.

The Foreigner woman in Bible versus Quran (9)

This is the ninth article of the series: “The Foreigner woman in Bible versus Quran”

In the previous articles (1-8), we have seen that in Language, the “foreign” woman is the alien or the exotic or the outsider woman. However, the Bible has another view. As confirmed by the Bible, the “foreign” woman is the non-Israelite woman or the non-Jewish woman.

As a result, any non-Israelite or any non-Jewish woman is a “foreign” women.

This indicates that the women in the Bible are but one of two categories; they are either Legitimate (genuine) or Foreign (strange).

In the previous article (The Foreigner woman in Bible versus Quran-8), The Bible gives the policy of how to deal with the foreign women in the war, kill every woman who has slept with a man; but capture and save for you every girl who has never slept with a man.

In the present article, The Bible (Deuteronomy 2:31-35, Deuteronomy 3:3-7, Judges 21:10 1 and 1Samuel 15:2-3) gives four more examples in adopting a policy of targeted killings of the foreign women in the war. The Bible says:

(1) And the Lord God said unto Moses, Behold, I have begun to deliver up Sihon and his country before you: begin to conquer and possess his land. Then Sihon came out against us, him and all his people, unto battle at Jahaz. And the Lord God delivered him up before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people. And we took all his cities at that time, and completely destroyed every inhabited city, and we killed all men, women and children; we left no survivor; we left no one alive. Only the livestock we took as spoil for ourselves, with the plunder of the cities that we captured.

(2) So Jehovah our God delivered into our hand Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining. And we took all his cities at that time; there was not a city which we took not from them; threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan. All these were cities fortified with high walls, gates, and bars; besides the unwalled towns a great many. And we completely destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, totally destroying every inhabited city, and we killed all men, women and children. But all the cattle, all the livestock and the plunder from their cities we carried off for ourselves.

(3) And the company send there twelve thousand men of the sons of valor, and command them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabesh-Gilead by the mouth of the sword, even the women and the infants.

(4) In addition, the Bible says: This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘I will punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they waylaid them as they came up from Egypt. Now go and strike the Amalekites and totally destroy everything that belongs to them. Do not spare them, but kill men and women, children, infants and suckling, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.’” Herein, the Lord God Love commanded to kill the infants and suckling in addition.

Again, it may be productive to remind the smart reader that the sword is mentioned more than 400 times in the Bible; and the sword is never ever mentioned in the entire Quran.

In the entire Quran, the term “foreign woman” is not mentioned therein; all women are equal in respect to their rights and responsibilities regardless of race, color, location etc. To avoid repetition, the interested reader can read the previous seven articles of this series: “The Foreigner woman in Bible versus Quran 1-7″.

Moses’ Wars in the Quran:

On the other hand, these Biblical tales of the wars between the Israelites and Sihon the king of Heshbon, Og the king of Bashan, the inhabitants of Jabesh-Gilead and the Amalekites are not mentioned therein in the entire Quran.

Also, Sihon, Heshbon, Og, Bashan, Argob, Jabesh-Gilead, Jahaz, the 60 fortified cities, the unwalled towns, and the Amalekites are not mentioned therein in the entire Quran.

It should be emphasized that Moses is mentioned 124 times in the Quran while Muhammad is mentioned four times only in the whole Quran; i.e. for each 31 times Moses is mentioned in the Quran, Muhammad is mentioned once. However, in these 124 times of Moses, the Quran does not say that Moses had wars with Sihon the king of Heshbon or Og the king of Bashan.

Is the Quran anti-Israelites? Once more,

Ethically speaking, if the Quran is anti-Israelites then such massacre wars and bloodbaths would have been magnified and exaggerated in the Quran and it would be said: look at these people how they behave in the wars! But the Quran does not say anything like that.

Furthermore, do you smart reader believe that the Lord God Love is happy with the outcome of such reasonless wars?

On the other hand, the Prophet Muhammad put strict Prohibition against Killing Women and Children in Military Expeditions. Muhammad commanded not to kill women and children.

Also, Abu Bakr (the Muslims’ leader after Muhammad’s death) put ten ethical Commandments in War starting with: Do not kill women and children.

=============================================

The Bible (King James Version)

Deuteronomy 2:31-35

31And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.

32Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz.

33And the Lord our God delivered him before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people.

34And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every city, we left none to remain:

35Only the cattle we took for a prey unto ourselves, and the spoil of the cities which we took.

Deuteronomy 3:3-7

3So the Lord our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining.

4And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

5All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many.

6And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city.

7But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we took for a prey to ourselves.

Judges 21:10

10And the congregation sent thither twelve thousand men of the valiantest, and commanded them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead with the edge of the sword, with the women and the children.

1 Samuel 15:2-3

2Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt.

3Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

=============================================

Muhammad Prohibition against Killing Women

The Prophet Muhammad put strict Prohibition against Killing Women and Children in Military Expeditions. Muhammad commanded not to kill women and children.

In Hadith, Muhammad puts the Ethical law in war

In narrated Hadith, Muhammad says:

1) Allah’s Apostle disapproved the killing of women and children,

2) Allah’s Apostle forbade the killing of women and children,

3) Do not mutilate (the dead) bodies, and

4) Do not kill the children and the elders.

In addition, after Muhammad’s death, Abu Bakr became the Muslims’ leader.

Abu Bakr and the Ten Commandments in War

Abu Bakr gave Ten ethical Commandments to his military officers before sending them to a war against the disbelievers; Abu Bakr said: “I command you ten things. Do not kill women or children or an aged, infirm person. Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not slaughter sheep or camels except for food. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty, and do not be cowardly.”

This is the eighth article of the series:

“The Foreigner woman in Bible versus Quran”

In the previous articles of this series, we have seen that Language-wise, the “foreign” woman is the alien or the exotic or the outsider woman. However, the Bible has another opinion. As confirmed by the Bible, the “foreign” woman is the non-Israelite woman or the non-Jewish woman.

As a result, any non-Israelite or any non-Jewish woman is a “foreign” woman.

This indicates that the women in the Bible are but one of two categories; they are either Legitimate (genuine) or Foreign (strange).

According to the inspired word of God, the Chapter of Numbers 31 talks about God’s Vengeance on Midian and how to deal with the foreign Midianites’ Women in the war.

The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Avenge the people of Israel on the Midianites. So Moses spoke to the people, saying, “Arm men from among you for the war, that they may go against Midian to execute the Lord’s vengeance on Midian. You shall send a thousand from each of the tribes of Israel to the war.” So there were provided, out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand from each tribe, twelve thousand armed for war. And Moses sent them to the war, Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, with the vessels of the sanctuary and the trumpets for the alarm in his hand. They warred against Midian, as the Lord God commanded Moses, and killed every male. They killed the five kings of Midian with the rest of their slain, with the sword. And the people of Israel took captive the women of Midian and their little ones, and they took as plunder all their cattle, their flocks, and all their goods; they burned with fire all their cities and all their encampments, and took all the spoil and all the plunder, both of man and of beast. Then they brought the captives and the plunder and the spoil to Moses. However, Moses was angry with the officers and the commanders of the army, who had come from service in the war. Moses said to them, “Have you let all the women live?

Now therefore, kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has known man by lying with him. But all the young girls who have not known man by lying with him keep alive for you.

N.B. every woman who has slept with a man had been killed; it seems likely that many thousands of foreign Midianites women were killed.

The Lord said to Moses, “Take the count of the plunder that was taken, both of man and of beast, you and Eleazar the priest and the heads of the fathers houses of the congregation,

And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the Lord commanded Moses.

Now the plunder remaining of the spoil that the army took was 675,000 sheep, 72,000 cattle, 61,000 donkeys, and 32,000 women who had never slept with a man.

But who are the Midianites?

The Midianites are the sons of Abraham and Moses relatives

The Midianites are derived from Midian who is the son of Abraham. Also, Jethro, the priest of Midian was Moses’ father in law. However, Moses killed all the Midianites’ women who have slept with a man.

Again, it may be fruitful to remind the smart reader that the sword is mentioned more than 400 times in the Bible; and the sword is never ever mentioned in the entire Quran.

The Midianites in the Quran:

On the other hand, this Biblical story of the war between the Israelites and the Midianites is not mentioned therein in the Quran. However, Midian is mentioned nine times in the Quran, in the verses 7:85, 9:70, 11:84, 20:40, 22:44, 28:22, 28:45 and 29:36. All of these nine verses talk about the arguments between the Midianites’ unbelievers and their Arabic Prophet Shu’aib who kept advising them not to worship but Allah, the Almighty Creator. The Arabic Prophet Shu’aib is not mentioned therein in the entire Bible!

==================================

The Bible (King James Version)

Numbers 31

1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

2Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites: afterward shalt thou be gathered unto thy people.

3And Moses spake unto the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves unto the war, and let them go against the Midianites, and avenge the LORD of Midian.

4Of every tribe a thousand, throughout all the tribes of Israel, shall ye send to the war.

5So there were delivered out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand of every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.

6And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand of every tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the holy instruments, and the trumpets to blow in his hand.

7And they warred against the Midianites, as the LORD commanded Moses; and they slew all the males.

8And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword.

9And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods.

10And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire.

11And they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts.

12And they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and unto the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by Jordan near Jericho.

13And Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and all the princes of the congregation, went forth to meet them without the camp.

14And Moses was wroth with the officers of the host, with the captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, which came from the battle.

15And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive?

17Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.

18But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.

25And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

26Take the sum of the prey that was taken, both of man and of beast, thou, and Eleazar the priest, and the chief fathers of the congregation:

31And Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses.

32And the booty, being the rest of the prey which the men of war had caught, was six hundred thousand and seventy thousand and five thousand sheep,

33And threescore and twelve thousand beeves,

34And threescore and one thousand asses,

35And thirty and two thousand persons in all, of women that had not known man by lying with him.

Genesis 25:1-2

1Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.

2And she bare him Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah.

Exodus 3:1

1Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.

The Quran

Blood in cat urine can be caused by many different things. Veterinarians will tell you that cat urine with blood in it can either be “gross”, meaning you can see it with the naked eye, or it may be microscopic, meaning you cannot see it except under a microscope. The medical name for the presence of blood in cat urine is hematuria. Causes of Blood in Cat Urine As mentioned above, there can be many reasons for hematuria in your pet. Some of them include: * Various types of urinary tract infections * Bladder infections * Vaginitis in females * Some forms of urinary cancer * Urinary tract stones * Poisoning (especially from rat poison products) * Accidents or injury As you can see, cat urine with blood in it can be caused by some very serious conditions, all of which need to be treated by a professionally qualified veterinarian. In some cases, blood in cat urine can indicate a life-threatening condition, and getting your pet to the vet quickly can save its life. Other Symptoms Associated with Blood in Cat Urine In addition to seeing cat urine with blood discharges, you may also notice some other signs and symptoms. For instance, you may notice your pet is experiencing pain when urinating. You may also notice that your pet has become weak or is unable to move. There may be pain in the abdominal area, and you may also notice that your pet urinates more often than usual. All of these, along with cat urine with blood in it, are signs of a problem. Treatment of Blood in Cat urine Treatment for cat urine with blood depends on the cause. Your vet may need to do several tests to rule out possible causes. This might include anything from urine test to X-rays. Once the underlying cause has been identified, treatment can begin such as making sure your cat is properly hydrated (drinking enough) or if urinary or bladder stones are blocking the path of the urine. In many cases the reason for blood in cat urine can be treated with antibiotics. Antibiotics will take care of most bacterial infections that lead to cat urine with blood in it. In some cases, you may need to change your pet’s diet to help reduce the presence of cat bladder stones. More often than not, blood in cat urine will require increased levels of hydration. And if poisoning is suspected, additional levels of Vitamin K may be required. The key to remember is that blood in cat urine is not normal and should be reported to your vet as soon as possible. Once the underlying reason for the cat urine with blood is known, treatments can begin and recovery can start. Preventing Cat Urine and Feline Urinary Tract Problems Your cat’s urinary tract leads to the outside of the body so that your cat can urinate. While this allows urine to exit the body, it also provides a path for bacteria to enter. The body uses the chemical makeup of urine (high concentrations of urea) to cleanse the tract and kill organisms such as bacteria to prevent infection. The key to health then is frequent urination which has the effect of “cleansing all the organs in the urinary pathway including the ureters, bladder and kidneys and preventing other problems such as cat bladder infections which leads to problems such as cat urine with blood. You should also make sure your cat’s liter box is clean so bacteria that resides on feces isn’t entering the body. Cat’s by nature may not drink enough water as they tend to get the moisture they need through their food. Dietary change from dry kibble to canned food may be something to try if your cat is subject to feline urinary tract infections or has minor cases of blood in cat urine. You might also try natural remedies which help the urine and urinary tract maintain the PH necessary for the urine to properly cleanse the system. Ingredients such as Arctostaphylos uva ursi, Berberis vulgaris, Cantharis and Staphysagris are known to safely help maintain and possibly have a positive impact on the bladder and urinary tract. Discuss this option with your veterinarian if blood in cat urine is a continuing concern.

Cat bladder health problems can be painful for your beloved pet. In this article, you’ll learn some simple tips for helping your cat get better and stop recurring issues once and for all.

If your pet has urinary problems, then the first thing you should take a look at is the treatment that has been used to treat it in the past. If the answer is antibiotics, then this could be the culprit. Most people don’t realize that while antibiotics are powerful drugs, they do not heal the cause of the condition, instead, they just suppress the symptoms in the hope that the body will heal itself. Obviously, this doesn’t always happen or your cat would not be suffering with an ongoing bladder issue.

The second problem with antibiotics is that when they are overused, the bacteria that they were designed to suppress can become resistant to the medicine which can also set the stage for chronic problems. Also, it’s important to know that the side effects from antibiotics can actually make your pet’s suffering worse. Although these drugs do work in some cases, if your pet has a recurring problem, then maybe it’s time to consider an alternative solution.

When traditional medicine fails, many pet owners start realizing the importance of natural medicine and all its benefits over prescription drugs. Unlike an antibiotic, using a natural remedy for a cat bladder issue gives the body the nutrients it needs to heal itself. Since not all remedies are the same, look for one that has proven herbs like Cantharis, Uva Ursi, Berberis and Staphysagris. Although you may be unfamiliar with these herbs, they work to create cat bladder health in two important ways.

First, these natural supplements restore the proper pH of the bladder. When the pH is within normal range, bacteria cannot grow and bladder crystals cannot form because the environment does not support it. If your pet is already suffering from these conditions, then restoring the pH will kill off bacteria and dissolve crystals. Second, these natural medicines reduce pain, swelling and heal inflamed tissues. Natural medicines are gentle enough to be used daily to prevent cat bladder health problems and of course, are very effective as a treatment. Since they have no side effects, you don’t have to worry about them creating other problems. They also will not interact with any other medications.

When you start seeing the benefits of natural medicines, you also start to realize the importance of prevention. If your cat has chronic issues, then giving the supplement daily is a must. In addition to this, make sure you are feeding your pet healthy food. Check the label and make sure that meat is the primary ingredient. You’ll also want to make sure that the food does not contain dyes, preservatives, fillers or meat byproducts. If you see these ingredients listed, switch brands. The chemicals in junk cat food can aggravate a cat bladder issue by altering the pH of the bladder.

Last but not least, make sure that your cat drinks plenty of water because this flushes the bladder of toxins. It also helps to keep the litter box clean because this encourages your cat to urinate as needed.

As you can see, this is a simple, practical and affordable plan for healing cat bladder health problems that can also be used for prevention. By feeding your cat healthy food, providing fresh water, keeping a clean litter box and giving a supplement for treatment and/or prevention, you can stop the vicious cycle permanently and get your pet back on the road to health.

If cat bladder infections are treated quickly, your pet’s suffering will be relieved and you won’t have to worry about it spreading to the kidneys or causing other problems. In this article, you will learn about the top ways to treat this issue along with their pros and cons.

As you probably know the infection of cat bladder can be a serious and even life threatening condition if it is not attended to immediately. Since your cat will tell you something is wrong by changes in its behavior, it is essential to pay attention to your pet’s urinary habits when it is well, so you will know right away when something is wrong.

Common symptoms of cat bladder infections include pain during urination, urinating outside of the litter box, blood in urine and excessive drinking of water or refusal to drink at all. Your cat will do everything it can to avoid the pain of voiding. Since there other medical issues that can cause these symptoms, it is important to take your cat to the vet for a diagnosis.

If your pet is diagnosed with an infection of cat bladder that is benign, your vet will give you antibiotics. This is one way to treat pet urinary tract infections. Although antibiotics can work quickly, it’s important to understand that drugs do not heal what causes urinary problems. Instead they suppress the symptoms so the body can heal itself. Since some pets wind up with chronic infections, obviously, this does not always happen. Antibiotics can also have side effects that can make your pet feel much worse, before feeling better.

What causes cat bladder infections? Usually, a change in the pH of the bladder is what allows bacteria to form and spread, so it is important to give your cat a supplement that normalizes the pH without creating side effects. Also, studies have shown that female dogs who were spayed prematurely tend to suffer with bladder problems just like aging dogs and certain breeds.

Rather than wait until your pet has an infection, you can take preventative measures. Doing so will ensure the long term health of your cat. The best way to do this is with a supplement that works by giving the body the nutrients it needs to keep the pH at the proper level, boost immunity, promote healthy urine flow and keep the bladder tissues healthy. The most effective supplements for cat bladder infections are made from a standardized formulation of the herbs Uva Ursi, Cantharis and Staphysagris, so your cat gets the right percentages of healing ingredients in every dose. Such a supplement can be used for treatment and prevention.

Since these supplements are made from herbs and holistic medicines, they have no side effects. Instead of suppressing symptoms, they give the body exactly what it needs to heal itself. When compared to antibiotics, this is an effective and healthy alternative, especially when used in combination with a healthy diet.
